Right of revocation
You can withdraw from the contract without stating a reason within 14 days. The revocation deadline is 14 days from the day on you received the goods or a third party that you have named took possession of the goods.

that you want to withdraw from the contract. You can do it by sending a letter, an email or you can use the sample-rescission form that you can find below this text. The sample-rescission form is not required to withdraw from the contract. To adhere to the deadline it is sufficient that you send us the withdrawal before the revocation deadline expires.
Consequences of revocation
If you withdraw from the contract we will have to refund you the payments immediately that we received from you including the shipping costs ( with the exception of additional costs, that result from another method of shipping that you have chosen which digresses from our standard method of shipping ). We will refund you the payments at the latest 14 days after receive of your revocation with the same method of payment as you have used within the origin transaction with the exception that another agreement has been arranged with you. In no case you will have to pay fees for the refund.
We have the right to refuse the refund until we receive the goods or a proof that you have shipped the goods depending on the earlier date.
You are obliged to send the goods immediately in either case at the latest within 14 days from the date that you have informed us about the withdrawal from the contract. Please send the goods to the following address:

The period of time is kept if you send the goods back before the expiry of the deadline of 14 days.
You have to bear the costs of returning the product. The shipping costs are approximately 10 Euro which complies with standard shipping rates of European mail services.
You are responsible for the loss in value only in case that the loss in value is not a result of testing the goods as it would have been possible in a shop which includes testing the condition of the goods, the characteristic and the functionality.
